The massage therapists at Natural Balance Integrative Health take a special interest in therapeutic massage, with an emphasis on injury management. Each therapist offers a unique perspective on patient care and is an invaluable asset to the wellness team. At Natural Balance, we offer 60 Minute, 90 Minute, Hot Stone and Rain Drop Massage Therapy sessions. Each massage is booked for an additional half hour in order to ensure each patient is on the table for the full 60 to 90 minutes (depending on the massage being performed).
Liz Green, LMT
Liz Green has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008 when she
graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. In 2009, Liz
obtained advanced certification in Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum
Massage from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. In addition to
specializing in pre- and post-natal massage, Liz also has a talent for
deep tissue and neck and shoulder injuries. In addition to her massage
training, Liz also holds a B.A. in Women's and Ethnic Studies from
CU-Boulder and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tonga from 2003-2005.
Liz's typical schedule at Natural Balance is: Thursday morning from 9:00 to 2:30, Friday morning from 9:00 to 2:30, and every Saturday from 9:00 to 2:30.

Stephanie Barnhill, LMT
Stephanie Barnhill is a licensed massage
therapist in the state of Colorado. Her career path began at Indiana
University in Bloomington, Indiana where she earned her Bachelor's
degree in Kinesiology. In 2008, Stephanie completed her Associate's
Degree and training for massage
therapy at the Colorado School of
Healing
Arts in Lakewood. Additionally, she plans to pursue a Master's degree
in Social Work.
Stephanie embraces the body-mind connection, and believes massage therapy can help meet physical needs, as well as address emotional and psychological needs. She enjoys educating clients on, and discussing, both muscular concerns and how stress/anxiety are often contributory. Stephanie's other professional interests include essential oil integration, nutrition, and preventative healthcare. She is also an advocate for community involvement, and regularly volunteers with Total Long Term Care and the Alzheimer's Association among other organizations. Stephanie believes local outreach and care giving are vital for a community to thrive. In her spare time, she enjoys all that is comedy, music and theater, and spending time outdoors, especially with her wonderful husband Seth and her feisty dog Antonio!

Shawn Himes, LMT
Shawn is a Colorado native with an undergraduate degree in communications from the University of Colorado. She became certified in
massage therapy from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, specializing in prenatal and
sports
massage.
Being a Colorado native, Shawn is an avid lover of the outdoors, and you can frequently find her hiking, camping and biking, as she worked for many years as an adventure tour guide. Traveling is also a big part of Shawn's life, and she has been to all 50 states and will tie on Africa this summer as number 6 out of 7 continents traveled.
Shawn's typical schedule at Natural Balance is: Monday morning from 9:00 to 2:30, Tuesday afternoon from 2:30 to 7:30, Wednesday afternoon from 2:30 to 7:30, and the second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9:00 to 2:30.

Amanda Weeks, LMT
Amanda Weeks is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado. She graduated from The Denver School Of Massage Therapy, Westminster Campus, in December 2009. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Structural Massage.
Amanda grew up in Colorado but moved to Los Angeles in her early twenties to pursue Improv and acting, but after 5 years Amanda was ready to come back home. She does still have the acting bug in her and still loves to do Improv. Amanda also loves to jam out anything 80's... On her days off you can find Amanda riding her cruiser bike around town or just relaxing with her cat Phoebe.
